Frequently asked questions
Is Sites included with Niche Pro?
Yes. Sites is part of your $49/month Niche Pro plan, alongside its business line and included service credits. There is no second $49 hosting subscription. Existing subscribers keep their current billing schedule.
What does “create your free site” mean?
You can start with a private draft. Publishing will require the $99 setup purchase and a qualifying Niche Pro subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive the first month free; existing subscriptions are not restarted. Editing and publishing are still being built.
Can I choose my business phone area code?
You can choose from available U.S. local area codes when your line is provisioned. A particular number or area code is subject to availability. If you already have a HiCall business line, we use that line rather than purchase another one.
Can I connect a domain I already own?
Custom-domain connection is planned. You will keep buying and renewing your domain with your chosen registrar. HiCall will guide the connection, with automatic DNS setup where supported.
How does the AI assistant learn about my business?
The planned site integration will use business information you approve as reference material. You will review its knowledge and handoff instructions. Website syncing is not live yet; AI calling requires separate activation and uses service credits.
Can I sell products and accept payments?
The optional Ecommerce add-on is planned at $49/month extra. It will connect your own Stripe or PayPal account. Payment-provider fees, account approval, and applicable taxes are separate.
Is my HiCall profile the same as my website?
No. Your HiCall profile is your link-in-bio and community identity. Sites gives your business a separate website, its own address, and a separate Sites dashboard.
