Use the Bitcoin network only—not Lightning or Bitcoin Cash. Payments with a different amount cannot automatically match the checkout order; contact support with the order number and transaction ID.
Bitcoin is a digital asset transferred on its own network. Confirm the recipient, address, amount and fees. Completed payments cannot be cancelled and HiCall does not provide automatic refunds.
