Terms of Service
Effective September 7, 2026
These terms describe use of Hicall.me, located at 5147 Orange Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127, USA. Contact support@hicall.me with questions.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate other people, bypass account restrictions or access data that is not yours.
Respectful communication
Do not use HiCall for harassment, threats, fraud, spam, malware, unlawful surveillance or content that violates another person’s rights. Obtain permissions required for your communications and any recording. Respect a person’s decision to block or stop communicating with you. We may restrict access while reviewing misuse or to protect members and the service.
Calling and number availability
Features depend on account eligibility, device permissions, network access and service availability. An internal HiCall number is an identifier within HiCall, not a public telephone number. Telephone and messaging features may require separate provisioning and approval. HiCall is not an emergency calling service. Use your regular telephone service for emergency calls.
Purchases and credits
Review the price, billing interval, credit quantity and any feature limits shown before you purchase. A saved payment setting does not itself complete payment. Credits are service units rather than a bank balance or cash; a product’s displayed terms describe its use. Credits are credited after confirmed payment and adjusted for refunds. Subscription management and order history are available in your account. Contact support for purchase or refund questions; applicable consumer rights remain available.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You permit HiCall and its service providers to process and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Submit only content you are entitled to share. Copyright reports can be sent through our DMCA contact page.
Changes and support
Services can be interrupted for maintenance, faults or security issues. We cannot promise uninterrupted connectivity or a particular commercial outcome. Material changes to these terms will be posted here. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Telephone lines, subscriptions and service credits
Updated September 8, 2026. Each account has one permanent internal HiCall number and may hold one assigned telephone number. The internal HiCall number is not dialable or textable from ordinary telephone networks. Your paid telephone number connects callers and supported messages to your HiCall account. Number availability, service coverage, registration and activation requirements apply.
Your selected line plan renews monthly. The first missed renewal starts a fixed 15-day number reservation period; payment retries do not restart it. We email reminders on the day of the missed payment, seven days later and fourteen days later. You may request one three-day extension in Billing before the deadline. We email approval and a final reminder approximately 24 hours before the extended deadline. A completed payment before release cancels the pending release.
If still unpaid at the deadline, your telephone number will be released to the provider, subject to ownership verification or an account review hold. We email you after confirmed release and record that the telephone number was permanently deactivated from your account. It may be reassigned and recovery is not guaranteed. Your permanent HiCall number remains the same. Payment after release does not recover the old telephone number.
Plan credits are added after each paid renewal. Unused credits remain in your account. Service credits are not cash, are not transferable and cannot be withdrawn. Standard U.S. outbound telephone use costs 3 credits per started minute; hosted AI voice is priced at 35 credits per started minute when activated. Outgoing SMS costs 2 credits per segment, including multiple segments for long or Unicode texts. MMS pricing is 5 credits received and 10 sent when activated. A 1,000-credit top-up costs $10. Top-ups do not pay an overdue subscription or extend a number deadline.
Outgoing calls reserve up to ten minutes of available credits before connection and return unused reserved minutes after confirmed completion. Calls end at the available reservation limit. An uncertain provider response may hold a reservation for reconciliation. Messaging registration and campaign fees, applicable taxes, premium or international destinations and separately disclosed services are additional. No unlimited usage or website-builder service is included. Subscription payment and provider activation are separate states; saving assistant settings does not activate AI service.
You must have appropriate permission for automated texts. An incoming call alone is not consent to send texts. Opt-outs and blocked recipients take priority over reply settings. AI assistants must identify themselves, respect private information and refer uncertain commitments to a person. Quotes, load bookings and equipment details require appropriate verification; manufacturer VIN data does not establish legal operating capacity or ownership.
HiCall Meets: ETA and session records
Updated September 10, 2026. When you choose Create or Accept with the meetup sharing notice, you authorize ETA sharing for that meetup, subject to your device location permission. There is no separate ETA agreement dialog. You can stop sharing at any time without cancelling your attendance.
While the Meets page is visible, HiCall uses precise GPS coordinates and accuracy to calculate your arrival estimate. Other accepted attendees see an approximate Panda marker and your status; marker direction is illustrative and does not identify your home or actual route. Traffic estimates can change or become unavailable.
Precise GPS, accuracy, ETA, timestamps and available network IP are stored encrypted for 90 days and accessible to authorized HiCall administrators for safety review. Other attendees cannot access this history. Session summaries remain after closure. HiCall does not collect a device MAC address for this feature.
Sharing pauses when this page is hidden and may resume when it is visible within the same two-hour authorization. It stops when you choose Stop sharing, the authorization expires, or the meetup ends. Starting again requires choosing Share ETA. Location permission can also be revoked in your device settings. Background or locked-screen tracking is not enabled in the current app.
Arrival and departure records are estimates or labelled self-reported check-ins. HiCall Meets is not an emergency dispatch service. If location is unavailable, you can still attend and send a manual status.
