Report alleged infringement

Identify the copyrighted work and provide the specific HiCall URLs or other information that allows us to locate the material. Include your name, address, telephone number and email; your physical or electronic signature; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content is removed

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with the material’s prior location, your signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury explaining that belief. A formal counter-notification also requires your name, address and telephone number, consent to the appropriate United States federal district court’s jurisdiction, and agreement to accept service from the original complainant or their agent. Consider obtaining advice before submitting a formal notice or counter-notification.

Review

We review sufficiently detailed reports and may remove or restrict reported content and accounts responsible for repeat infringement. Notices and counter-notices may be shared with the affected parties as needed to process a claim.
