Confirm who you are paying using a separate trusted channel. A familiar profile photo or urgent message is not proof of identity.
Protect account access
Never share your password, verification codes or recovery information. Support will not need your password to explain a transaction.
Before sending
Check the amount, network, recipient and fee. A confirmed Bitcoin transaction cannot simply be reversed by HiCall. Report suspicious requests before paying.
