Add HiCall to social links and sharing

Add a social profile destination

Platform owners can add “HiCall” to their social-links picker with the supplied icon and a profile URL field. Store the member’s exact public profile URL. Validate HTTPS and the exact hicall.me hostname, reject other schemes and escape user-entered values when rendering HTML. This links to a profile; it does not post content to HiCall.

Share a profile link

This example opens the device share sheet where supported, with a copy or text fallback. Replace YOUR_USERNAME. Use HTTPS and start sharing only after the visitor clicks.

Share to HiCall versus sharing a link

There is no documented public “Share to HiCall” composer or arbitrary-content share endpoint supplied by this integration. Do not construct an unsupported /share?url= link. This example shares the profile through destinations offered by the device; it does not register HiCall as a share target.

Builders without JavaScript

Use your builder’s native share control with the profile URL, or show a normal “My HiCall profile” link beside the icon. The downloadable anchor works without JavaScript.
