Open your phone
Open the phone control or choose Call on a member profile. Check the recipient before starting. Allow microphone access when your browser or device asks.
Check your sound
Use headphones if you hear an echo. Check the selected microphone and speaker, then test on a stable connection. The other member must be available to answer.
HiCall and local lines
A HiCall member call and a local telephone-number call use different services. A local line is optional and may require a paid plan and provisioning. Having a HiCall account does not automatically give you a public telephone number.
