What credits mean
HiCall credits are used by eligible HiCall features. They are not Bitcoin, a bank deposit or a promise of cash redemption. Check the feature price before starting a paid action.
Review a purchase
Use the purchase or receipt history associated with your account. A checkout success screen should be matched with the completed receipt and updated balance.
When a balance looks wrong
Avoid repeating a purchase while a payment is pending. Send support the order reference and approximate time, never your full payment-card details.
